LED Exposure Unit Upgrade!

The UV exposure unit is a very integral part of the screen printing process. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to turn all of these super cool designs into screens and then into shirts. Myself like a lot of other people starting out went with a florescent tube unit in the beginning since they are a lot less expensive and still get the job done. Well once I started making more and more complex designs, I started to notice my exposures falling short of where I wanted them to be. I wasn’t able to hold a lot of the really fine detail with certain designs, and if I did get it I wasn’t getting solid exposures that I could trust for a long print run. Thankfully Ryonet came to the rescue by sending me their new upgraded LED X-Vactor exposure unit to put to the test!
