My Own Signature Squeegee!!!

Well holy shit, this is the coolest thing ever…I now have my own signature squeegee! Long time viewers of my channel will know that I’ve been a big fan of the EZ Grip squeegee ever since I first tested it in early 2020, and I honestly haven’t touched a standard squeegee more than once or twice since then. The years of abuse my body took from my days of riding professionally took their toll on a lot of limbs, my wrists and arms more than anything. Standard squeegees caused me way too much pain when pulling so I had to resort to pushing, which meant I was leaving a lot on the table in terms of print quality. The EZ Grip fixed all of that for me, allowing me to pull my prints all day long pain free and I hugely stepped up the quality of my work in a short amount of time.

There was always one problem that I couldn’t get around with the EZ Grip, the look. I couldn’t stand it for a few reasons. It didn’t look good on my press (or any others for that matter), and the color allowed ink to stain the handles so they looked like ass no matter how much you cleaned them. I really wanted to fix that because I know I wasn’t the only one having those issues, so I brought it up to my partners at Ryonet and Ron Sievert (who invented the EZ Grip) and they were both on board to not only make some changes, but to give me my own signature model because I’ve been such a big influence in people using them. Fuck yes!

This is such a cool honour and opportunity to do something like this in the print industry that has never been done before. When I was a kid I always dreamed of the day that maybe I could get my own signature helmet or goggle like my racing heroes had, but being the first one to get a signature print product is pretty damn cool too.
