Different emulsions, different mesh types and different coating techniques all play a part in your EOM results. Start tracking these results for better consistency, repeatability and easy training in your shop with this screen coating data template. To take it a step further, I built an EOM calculator right into the template to save you from having to do the math yourself. Just input the uncoated thickness and coated thickness and boom, you have your answer.
